response transportation for the residents of Newberry
County.

Riders will need to pay the driver at the start of his/her
trip and will need to have the exact change for their trip.
Checks need to be made payable to NCCOA.
Drivers will not be able to make change.
This fare structure was approved by the NCCOA Board of
Directors and began on July 1, 2005.
Fare structure will be reviewed by the Board of Directors on the occasion of a
decrease in transit funds, excessive costs to the program related to increase in
service costs, or recommendations by SCDOT.
SmartRide Commuter Service fares are reviewed in the same
manner as the public transit fare.
The following fare structure was reviewed and a notice to the public was
conducted in June 2008. The
following Fare structure was effective July 7, 2008.
